QUESTION: Is a JC Franchisee and a JC Distributor the same thing?
Ⓐ: Yes, you become a JC Distributor when you franchise a JC package.
QUESTION: How do we earn here?
Ⓐ:
1. Direct Selling or Retailing
Privilege of earning 30% - 70% retail selling profit of the JC Premiere Products to the customers through various channels such as person to person, agents, websites or social media sites, or by any other means as may be permitted by the Company.
2. Direct Sales Commission
The Franchisee is entitled to receive Direct Sales Commission for every product sold through the shop links and will only be acknowledged if transactions are made through the shop links. Some products such as the Mang Bok's and Boy Bondat have limited contract with the Company (ie. 1 year from time of franchise) wherein commissions can be availed, but negotiations by our Company leaders may still lead to contract extensions, so updates are always given to us franchisees (ie. thru social media).
3. Sales Match Commission
For every sale of JC Package on Independent Distributor's Left Sales Group (LSG) and Right Sales Group (RSG), he/she will be entitled for a Php1,500 Sales Match Commission.
4. Leadership Commission
An Independent Distributor shall be entitled to earn a Leadership Commission of Php300 in every Sales Match of his/her sponsored Distributor.
With most companies, if you dont have a sales match you earn nothing. In JC Premiere, even if you only have 1 power leg you will still earn.
There is no limit as to how many people you can personally sponsor.

5. Passive Sales Match
An Independent Distributor may generate income in a form of rebates from all products purchased by his/her direct and indirect downlines ten levels deep. 5% - 30% Rebates.
6. Franchise Commission
A Sponsor (who is a Franchisee who was able to invite another to become a Franchisee) shall be entitled to receive an additional amount of Php 5,000 cash (amount may change according to Company) as a bonus for every successful referral of a client who will avail a franchise from JC Worldwide Franchise Inc.

Ⓐ: It depends on the franchisee. The food and health products are just some of the benefits for availing the franchise. You can either sell them or use it for consumption.

Ⓐ: Due to increased customer demand, we prioritize their order first. Because of that, the inclusions that are sent to the franchisee is assorted, but guaranteed valued at the agreed upon price.

Ⓐ: No, the Company will fulfill all orders that customers will place using your shop links. No need to shell out upfront capital or store the inventory. Whenever you make a sale, the Company will handle the delivery.

Ⓐ: The Company will handle the customer complaints and order status. However, if a customer contacts you regarding a concern, you can direct them to our Company website and the Company will handle the complaint for you. There is also an order tracker tool in your website shop link that customers can use.
QUESTION: Are we only going to sell Siomai food products?

Ⓐ: The products are delivered frozen. As we cannot pinpoint the exact arrival of delivery, the food products that customers will buy will be delivered in a frozen state.
QUESTION: How long will the orders arrive to the customers?
Ⓐ: The Company delivers daily between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orders placed beyond 5 p.m. will be processed the following day. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 days. But in the near future, we will try our best to deliver the same day!

QUESTION: Can I still become a Franchisee even if I do not reside in Metro Manila?
Ⓐ: Yes, the Online Franchise Package is open to all Filipino around the World. Don't worry you'll still able to sell in the selected areas since all transactions are online. Also, we are constantly updating the list of serviceable areas whenever we have set up a new food hub in a certain city.
QUESTION: Where will I receive my income?
Ⓐ: You will be provided with an online portal with username and password in order to see your incentives and points. Encashment can be requested.
QUESTION: How many days until I receive my earnings?
Ⓐ: Tuesday is PAYDAY wherein you can see the week’s incentives reflected on your portal. So every week you can anticipate this day for your weekly income and incentives from sales to referrals. (TAKE NOTE, only purchases made using your SHOP LINKS — even your OWN purchases for retail—- will have Direct Sales commissions reflected on the portal (on the JC Wallet part of the menu). Hence, make sure that you and your customers are buying from YOUR SHOP LINK. 🤗
QUESTION: Is my income taxable?
Ⓐ: Yes there is a 10% tax for every encashment you make per week.
QUESTION: Do I need to use the Online Store that you provide to sell the products? Can I create my own store?
Ⓐ: It is recommended to use the online store provided especially if you are not knowledgeable in web design. You may create your own store, provided that the prices are the same with the original store. Also take note that you will have to encode your orders through your SHOP LINK as your earnings will only be acknowledged if it is ordered through the SHOP LINK.
QUESTION: Can you elaborate more on the SHOP LINK? How will I be able to earn through it?
Ⓐ: Each franchisee will have a unique SHOP LINK. In order to receive the 30% earning/Direct Sales Commission, the franchisee must share his/her unique SHOP LINK to their customers. Customers who purchase any products through that shop link will credit the franchisee of the 30% commission.
QUESTION: How Do I Share my Shop Link?
Ⓐ: There are various ways you can share your link and sell the food products. You can post on your Facebook wall, create a Facebook page which directs to your shop link store, private message your friends, and many more.
QUESTION: I am not skillful in online marketing, will the company provide online training?
Ⓐ: Yes, we will provide basic online marketing training so that you can start sharing your link and start earning.
QUESTION: Can I have a joint account with another?
Ⓐ: JC Distributors are given the privilege and may opt to register a joint account with fellow distributors to maximize their earning capacity and will, thus, only qualify for cash incentive.
